Hi I have just bought a H4n and I am trying to record directly from an electric guitar plugged into input 1 in MTR mode. If I set the input level to 1 and choose an effect such as FD Clean I can't get the guitar recorded loud without distorting. Can anyone advise settings I should try so I can make sure the unit is fine and all the issues are with me? Cheers Ray |
