Sound Card Question...

Hello,
Ive recently gotten into home recording and ive got a question about a sound card im looking to purchase. Ive got a 22 channel mixer with preamps and everything, now i just need to get a way to get it to my pc... ive got cubase se 3 on my computer at the moment and im looking at getting an e-mu 1212 pci interface for recording. First off, is this a good card for under $200? Second, i also love to game and listen to music with surround sound, and ive got a soundblaster x-fi soundcard. Would i be able to run both these cards, or at least switch back and forth, or would I have to give up the x-fi? And no, i cant get a 2nd pc, at least not for now .
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
