| I will tackle it in the next couple of days but I was curious to see if anyone has had a similar issue. I went from Sonar 5 Producer to 6 Producer. (I wanted the Audiosnap feature). It is not a PC power issue as the CPUs are hardly even registering on the meter. I even tried importing a simple two track mix and it did the same thing. Baron |

I just finished sorting this issue and it is fixed. The problem stemmed from a driver installed by one of those USB keys with a built in MP3 player I had to deactivate this units driver then delete the AUD.ini and restart Sonar. After the new hardware check, was completed by Sonar, everything returned to normal. I was then able to re-activate the other driver and use the MP3 player again. Sonar 6 seems to see more devices as being possible sound/audio devices than Sonar 5 did. Cheers Baron PS Where is the holiday review? |
