Rewire/Pro tools sync problem.

Hi there,

I've just installed pro tools 7.1.1 onto my macbook intel and I was hoping to install my copy of reason adapted so as to use the two together. Both have installed fine but reason is not showing up as a plug in when I enter pro tools.

I'm using an original mbox and the copy of reason is a few years old (2003) would this be a possible problem? Pro tools and Reason both work fine when on their own although if I open Reason first then attempt to open pro tools I have a message saying 'mbox already in use' or words to that effect.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

I'm not a Reason user (I wish I had it in addition to my Native Instruments stuff) , but I'm pretty sure that Reason is not a plugin. It's a standalone application. The good news is you can use Rewire to make it work with Cubase or Pro Tools or whatever.

Beyond that I know nothing about Reason.
