Default Putting together our Home Studio

Hey guys, I just joined and I was wondering if I could get some advice on what else my band needs to get our home recording studio up and running.
Heres what we have.

Korg D3200 32-Track Digital Recording Studio (none of us had a computer that was really good enough to record with so we're not recording with one)

Electro-Voice Blue Cardinal Condenser Microphone
Samson C03 Multi Pattern Condenser Microphone

a samson 8 piece drum mic set

we were thinking of recording some things through our Soundcraft GigRac 1000 Professional 8 Channel Powered Mixer because it has some cool effects.

We're recording in one of our basements. It's all cement.

We're just getting started with recording, and any suggestions would be great, (keep in mind that we have a very tight budget.)
Thanks,
Joe.

What type of music do you guys make? An all cement basement could probably use some sound acoustic padding. My father has a home recording studio setup and he has pads setup at various places around the room. They don't cost that much and it will probably help you obtain a cleaner sound for you recordings.
But then again... maybe you want that sound. Give us more info about the band and where you are trying to go with your music.

I'd recommend you doing a test recording of drums and then posting an mp3 on Recording Reviews. Cement has this tendency to be boomy and harsh at the same time. Because of this, you'll probably need to do a little acoustic treatment. You want to be careful with this. "Too dead" sounds terrible. Too live will sound terrible too. There is a happy median here.
