Why just these 2? The M-Audio costs almost twice as much as the Edirol?

They aren't really the same things anyway. One is a control surface. The other is more of "sort of" mixer. (I'm not sure why a person mixing on their PC needs a "sort of" mixer. I'm assuming that this would only be used on the way in)
