Default Power Issues: Power Conditioner or what?

Ever since I bought my M-Audio Profire 2626 and Yamaha HSM80s I have heard a lot of pops through my speakers constantly. When I record i get little bits of static or distortion where no other sound is played. I imagine this is due to the pops. Is this because of spikes in my electricity. I just bought a surge protector and that seems to have solved a different issue with my interface but it has not stopped the pops. Do i need a power conditioner?

I also recently bought a new tube guitar amp and can here the pops through there aswell.

It sounds like a power conditioner would work, it's NEVER a bad idea to run ALL of your stuff through one...
