^^^ I dont have real studio monitors so I sort of use these and headphones. But my mixes dont turn out too bad. I just usually have to put it on a cd and listen to it in my car a couple times =/ Someday I'll get studio monitors.

Looks good man! Definitely a nice start for sure. I would agree that studio monitors are a must when mixing. It's clean and easy to get around. Keep building =)

thank you thank you... I think I do need some room acoustic work done tho, it seems that there is some echo/reverb in the room, not too much but some... would adding some of that foam stuff on the walls like above my computer help kill the echoness?

The foam stuff kills high end reflections and is wayy to expensive for it. Look for some rockwool or fiberglass, it does the job a lot better.

Also I'd suggest you get out of the corner, definitely the worst place to mix. Most people suggest you sit centered in the room about 1/3 of the way from the back wall.

Also I'd suggest not singing into the window, thats where the echo is coming from. If you are...
