Default MRS 1608 Time

Hey,
I was looking for some help with my MRS 1608-cd and found this forum. I've recorded some time ago with the good old Tascam 8 tracks. I've recorded with two bands in studios, and I also set up the sound for our band, so am fairly knowledgeable with sound.
I am getting through the Zoom pretty well. My question for the forum is this: I recorded a project using 8-track recording (which we did with our band). I set a mark for the point I wanted to start mastering from. But after recording the master, all the time prior to that point in the project was still recorded as silent. I do not see anything in the manual for editing time out of a project, only individual tracks. It seems it would be a pain to edit each track to the same point. Does anybody know if I can edit the time of an entire project?
Thanks!!

Hello Coffeenudge and welcome to the forum.

I've never used the Zoom MRS 1608, but I'm fairly confident that this has been discusses here before so maybe try a search. I moved this thread over to the technical issues forum so maybe it'll get more attention from Zoom users.

Brandon
