 Monitor troubles.
Hey all, Ive recently purchased a set of cheeeeaap monitors for my home mixing. As the studio i work in is pretty hourendous accoustically, i brought some monitors, for my room here is alot more suitable to mix in, though i dont have the expencive yamaha monitors that the other controll room has. My problem is with these speakers, is that they have a bass and treble knob on the speaker with the power amp. What has me worried is that when i begin mixing, ill be mixing to the speakers settings, and whether or not having them in the middle, so 12oclock, will be a flat EQ to begin on  . Can anyone inform me if this is a flat eq, or how i can find out where within the speaker is.the monitors are behringer MS20's. Thanks!   |
