Default which mics to use for recording vocals and guitar

Hi. Can someone suggest a good mic for recording vocals and a good mic for recording my acoustic guitar? I don't really want to spend over £200 if I can help it. Today someone suggested a Rode NT1 and an AKG C3000 - are these mics any good? Thanks.

for acoustic guitar I really like the Shure SM81

I'll let someone else chime in on the vocal mic.

The best recording quality vocal microphone I've seen for not many $s is the SM58. It just seems like other vocal microphones under $100 have a very narrow tone range and strong singers tend to distort the diaphargms. The Heil pr 20 seems to be a very nice mic. for under $200; I plan on buying it in the near future. I'm a big fan of dynamic mics., but condensers *usually* work better for intimate type vocals, if that's what you're doing. But I'm not a mic. expert, so, I'd listen to some other suggestions first.
