I've just bought an m-audio fast track pro and can't hear a difference in the signal level when I change the input from 'line' to 'inst'. I have a guitar plugged in with a normal jack to jack guitar lead. Should I be able to? I thought this would just change the gain on the input, so the sound would be quieter if the switch was in the 'line' position. Cheers |
