M-Audio Axiom 61 problem

I have an Axiom 61 connected via USB to Reason 4 and to be honest, I know nothing about its zones and groups and all the other features it has. All I know is how to play it and up until recently everything was fine. I don't know what happened, but Reason won't acknowledge when I twist a know, press a button, or move a fader. Everything it picks up just fine (keys, aftertouch, drum pads, transport controls, ect.) I know the keyboard isn't broken because numbers come up on the keyboards screen when I move a non responsive control. I'm assuming the problem lies within the keyboards zones or groups or something I don't understand Any help is appreciated

Sound like you have moved away from the right preset, or changed it.
Reason uses preset 10 on the Axiom (actually 7-12, but 10 is standard).

and how do i select presets?

Don't have the manual here at work.... but it's pretty easy.

k, well i've reset everything on the axiom and i still have the same problem. i'm hoping its not the hardware
