First problem
when i connect my behringer midi controller everything worked perfect untill next day i pressed the Mute button but it wont go back to normal i ressetted the whole thing putted it on off everything but still i dont get any midi data in.
does some one know how to fix this.

Second problem

Input 1 responce as:2
Input 2 responce as:1
Input 3 responce as:4

That's a very interesting problem. I've never heard of anything like that before. That's an issue that is very specific to that model. I wish I could be of more help.

The fact that the second LED light is glowing is VERY weird. Even on audio interfaces with a DSP routing matrix, the LED should be lighting up for the appropriate preamp being used. I'd double check to make sure you haven't made any silly mistakes. What happens if you plug you mic into preamp #2?
