Default Re: Good Books

"mixing engineer's handbook" has been very helpful to me.

It focuses, as the title suggests, on the mixing aspect. I found that it struck a nice balance between quantitative guidelines and more intangible/artistic considerations. I only got it about a month ago (I'm not quite a year into the recording/mixing thing...). It is a book that I wish I had from the beginning.

It's out in paperback so it's cheap too. I'm looking forward to Brandon's book also.

Good luck.

Charlie
