Just stating to mess around with some home recording and had a quick question. I already own a Peavey 24 channel mixer that i got a good deal on and it has a usb output for recording. I was going to install Traction 3 software since i have worked with it some and was wondering will the peavey board (since it has usb out) work as an input device or will I need something else. My computer is a fairly new gateway dual core with plenty of ram. Thanks for any help |

I was wondering about how it would record . You say it will probably record as a single track . I have heard another person online say that . I was wanting to be able to record separate tracks . A friend has a mackie mixer with firewire with the same software and is able to actually record separate tracks onto the computer . I would like anyones opinion on this . Thanks |
