Default getting recording from ADAT to CD or PC?

Hi, this is my first post. I found the site trying to find an answer to my question below:
I have recorded 8 tracks onto an ADAT recorder (SVHS format) which was borrowed from a friend. I have a mixing board & have adjusted the levels of each track to where I think it sounds best. My question is: What is the best way (and the most cost efficient way) to get my song from the ADAT to a CD or MP3? Thanks for your help.

Using ADAT requires that you mix in the analog domain or transfer the tracks to the computer via an 8 channel audio interface so they can be mixed.
