E-MU 0202 USB 2.0 Audio interface ??

Hello people.
I am looking at this E-MU 0202 USB 2.0 Audio interface
and the m audio studio fast track usb interface for my recording.

Is the E-MU 0202 USB 2.0 Audio interface able to run with xp media center edition ? I looked for this model on their website and cant find any info on it. It reads it will work with xp but doesnt mention mce.

The literature for the E-MU seems more confusing for me to understand then the m audio. I like the different guitar effects that comewith the m audio. Does the E-MU come with them also ?

Basically I am asking ...........which would you choose?
