i am having proplems changing the tempo of drum loops to match then tempo of song (ie to follow click) i have tried the time stretch tool but i can not seem to get it to stretch to am exact point is there somthing i am missing (all i want to do is import a audio file make it play at 160bpm and then record arrr lol help! ok kind of sussed it out you need the tempo of the loop you are using, the problem here is i dont have it . i am using discrete drums loops that came with presonus interface and there is no bps with the loops

Cubase doesn't specialize in changing tempos. If you can get your hands on Sony Acid that will help solve a lot of your problems. I know that this doesn't help in the short run, but you might be satisfied if you do stuff like this often.
