Almost certainly a sample frequency issue. Check that the sample rate of what you are exporting is the same as what you are working with in Cubase. If you go to Project > Project Set up, you can see what sample rate Cubase is working at. When you export using File > Export > Audio Mixdown, you'll also see the sample rate specified. Make sure they match. An MP3 player will probably do the conversion automatically, but Cubase will use the sample rate specified in your set up regardless. R.

When the exported track is played within Cubase does it work okay or does it's pitch sound shifted? What about when the exported track is played through Windows Media Player? Brandon |
