Behringer Xenyx 2442FX

Hi Guys

I've just replaced a very old PA mixer with a new Behringer Xenyx 2442 FX and WOW!!! What a techno shock! Great sound and effects, I am slowly finding my way around the desk, but, I can't seem to get my stage monitors to work through the effects part of the desk. I have a powered monitor and when I plug it into "Aux Sends 1." I only receive a clear dry sound with no effects. Could someone please tell me where I need to plug the monitor into to get the effects and where do I control it from on the desk?

You should have a knob on there to route the fx to the aux send bus. Maybe something like FX (arrow) to AUX SEND 1. If you are using the onboard effects then you have to tell the board that you want those to be sent out on the aux send bus. Play with these knobs and see if they take care of your issue. I have to do this on my UB2222FX which is essentially the same machine.
