Autotune 2!

So I've already post a thread asking for good autotunes. But the problem is I would like to have an plug-in autotune.

Any program (no matter the price) that I could use in Cubase!

I personally think that Melodyne is better than autotune. Melodyne Plugin works in Cubase. It doesn't however work in real time which might be an issue for your diva performers who think they sing in tune.
