Audio Interface Reviews

I'm working on a script that will allow members to post reviews of various home recording audio interfaces.

While I have a list of questions that I want to ask every person who reviews an audio interface, I was looking for more ideas.

Features, reliability, price, quality, customer support and value all spring to mind.

Should I ask about anything else?

Not sure if you already have this covered, but consistency of driver & firmware updates released by the manufacturer. It's annoying when you have an excellent piece of hardware with crap drivers that make it crash all the time and while the company says it's a "simple driver issue" they sit down and don't release the fix for it until the next year, and by then everybody has newer hardware anyway.
