I was finally able to get the "USD Audio Codec" to work on a Presario notebook to practice a few licks with some tube harmonics sound - I'm using a guitar, but I know it's really great for Mics. Anyway I have not been able to hear the audio from the sound card in the computer using "Total Recorder" software. or "Adobe Audition". The card in this computer has several Codecs and primarily runs "SoundMAX Digital Audio". Do I require another sound card in addition to this one in order to monitor the onboard sound. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Jim Baxter Seattle WA. Last edited by jimirod; 09-29-2007 at 09:45 PM. |

Hey Jim. The first thing I would do is read through Soundcard Troubleshooting 101. See where that gets you. If none of that stuff works, let me know. Brandon |
