Default Bouncing track with Live

Hey, I have Live Lite which only allows me to record on 4 tracks, really not enough. I was wondering if it was possible to bounce tracks with Live or not. Thank you.

You can bounce in Live by directing the output of three tracks to a return or buss and setting the send to your fourth track. Set the output to SENDS ONLY and adjust the level in the little window below.

Or you can go to the I/O section in the arrangement view and direct the output to the fourth track, ie, 4-AUDIO. Set the monitor in the fourth track to IN.

At the bottom of the arrangement view, there should be two tracks labeled A-Return and B-Return. If not click on the small round R in the bottom right corner and they should appear. These are return tracks or busses. Send your tracks here and then output to an open track, ie, route 1,2,3 to return A and set the output of that track to 4.

Okay, I selected the 'sends only' option from the "audio to" section on my tracks to Return A. Then I selected "audio to: track 4." Now what do I do?

Okay, I'm assuming you have recorded music on 1-3 tracks and you are bouncing to 4 via return-a. You need to record the result. Arm track 4, set the recording brace to cover the entire area you want to record (the recording brace is the bracketed section up top on the arrangement view in the time line), set the cue-in/cue-out (top center right on either side of the looped arrow) and press record. The audio should record into 4 and then yiou can add additional music into 1-3 again.
