Set your bpm to 185 in the upper left OR open the the song tempo on the master track and pull the automation line (red line) to 185. Generally, if you do it this way, it may be a slight fraction above or below 185, that little difference isn't important. Record your riff. Go back to the master track and open song tempo again. Exactly where the riff ends, double click on the red line. A little to the right, double click again setting up two breakpoints. Pull the second breakpoint down until the tempo is very close to 160 and pull that point under the first. Right there, the tempo will change from 185 to 160.
