Willing to pay (a small amount) for original rap music.

I need six original beats(music) for a hip hop artist I am working with. I have a budget of $50/song cdn. I know thats not much to work with but it's what he's got. He's been down loading cheap beats off the net getting MP3 files etc. Not fun or good to work with. So I thought I would put it to the good folks here and see if we can get some quality beats.

Terms-

1.Material must be original with no samples that will cause a copyright problem.

2.Of course the writer would get credit but would sell exclusive use rights to my client. As in you couldn't go sell the beat to anyone else.

3.$50 is for a song delivered with separate tracks so I can mix.

Please send me an example of your work. I can give specific examples of the sorts of vibes he is going for.

We are interested in beats that are dynamically interesting as in there are intro's, verses, choruses and bridges etc. Any thing that is one loop for the whole song will be likely rejected(unless it is amazing).

If a song is not recorded well but we love it I certainly can re-record it.

Swell...I'm down then. One thing though, do you have a deadline when you need all six done? I can probably have 2 or 3 of them done by the end of this weekend...and the other three (or whatever's remaining) by the end of the following weekend. I'd have to create them from scratch...but they'll be "quality." Would you mind PM'ing me to let me know exactly how you'd like the files? I'll primarily be working with MIDI with a number of various top-quality soft-synths and samplers. Basically...would you want the MIDI as well? Or, would you also like the separate 24-bit 44.1kHz wav files trusting and committing to my judgement of appropriate synth/sample choice? (I can go up to 192kHz btw if you'd like to mix with those). Just let me know, and I'll be able to start on this stuff this Friday evening.

One thing more...please, feel free to let me know what kind of vibe your client is going for...that'll help me in my approach and vision. I'm diverse, so you can count on me.

I PM'd you the particulars. I would like audio files because I have only basic synth stuff. We are down to 5 songs as of this morning because the client okayed a song from another source. We have hit the end of our tether as far a finding original beats though so I am hoping you can come through.

trips 9 i got you for the beats, will you take them dry without effects or do you want them mixed? i have soo many of them and i never use samples. pm me id be happy to get my beats out there. if possible send me an accapella of a track and ill make one that will match his style. let me know ill be in the studio all weekend!

ps i have one beat on the hip hop bash forum, to check out its more my style so id have to see how his vibe is.
