Default Progressive Metal project - help needed

I've been running a musical venture called the 'Eaquity Project' for a while now, but circumstances have delayed it in the past - and so i'm here now.
Something of a blend between progressive metal and rock, post-metal and lots of jazz influences.

I'm looking for everyone - guitarists, bassists, drummers, keyboardists,
banjo virtuosos, piccolo grand masters etc.
Anyone who likes the genre, is ready to open his mind a bit, and is willing to put in a little work in guitar pro .
The way i see it, if i can write drum lines, anyone can (this sounds awful, but it isn't as half-assed as it sounds. Really).

Some previously recorded files can be found here and here,
though these are a bit old, both in terms of sound quality and writing.
Lyrics are also planned, but i'm always open to new ideas, and am definitely hoping for someone with a new set of eyes and the guts to change what he sees fit.

There's obviously more to it than that, and i'll welcome any E-mails or PMs concerning.
Thanks in advance,
Meelo.

Edit:
Due to singularly-public demand, all files are available for listen/download here.

There are two links to previously recorded material ("Some previously recorded files can be found here and here", in the original post), and i reckoned that would do.

That said, they can all be downloaded from here.

Thanks for the shake, though.

Do you still have a screamer? I can do clean vocals, too, but I really love der screamingz. I don't have any work up yet, but I'm getting a change of equipment soon, which means that I'll start recording within the next month or so, and I can send you some stuff to get an idea of my style.

Sounds great. I haven't done much with the project lately, i feel like i would really need an extra hand with it, if only to balance my crazy-ass ideas.

Let me know once you get set up. If you need any help with setting the equipment up proper, i can give you a hand with that as well.

(Feel free to contact me by e-mail. It'll be more convenient.)

sure Im in, well I guess I should hear the material first. But Im big on prog metal though, Tool, Dream Theater, Rush, Iron Maiden, oh yeah. I do guitar ,bass, drum sequencing(Jamsitx 2 and BDF2). I`ll check out the tunes over the weekend.

Im big on trying things that are different but heavy. I tend to do songs with alot of guitar layers and harmonies, time changes etc. Give me a shout if your interested.

Heh. The whole point is that if you have any ideas or changes you want done, change them. I'm looking for partners in creation more than in tracking.

Musically, i'm constantly drifting more towards progressive and jazz. It's going to stay heavy and it's definitely going to stay technical in nature, but my current bias is less riff-based and melodic, and more progressive, post-metal and modern jazz styled.

I'm definitely interested.
Email me and we could exchange some ideas.

Just listened to Calluna. Thats actually quite good. Very well thought out composition, tightly played. Serious chops there. I really like it.

Well since I do lean more towards the riffy and melodic side maybe our 2 styles would fuse together well. I`ll pm you my email.
