US122-Drums-Shootout-Stoners

I will have to re-read the protocol for submitting and following the rules for a shootout soon.

Anyone want to do a shootout using US122, Cheaper condensor mics, some standard mics....AND DRUMS?

Ideas: Drum tunings, Drum Room sounds, stoner rock drums, you have any ideas?

I study drums, mostly and also do metal/stoner/experimental type demos. I have really been experimenting w/ tunings so if anyone has ideas, let me know. I will think about this some more and present my ideas soon.

I haven't disclosed any of my equipment, with exception of us-122 because I think even that might be against the rules. Just a DIYer trying to see what others are doing w/ basic USB units and DRUMS!

No one has replied...I will post a recording of drums soon and see if anyone wants to get in.

On another note...will you please tell me what sampling rate I need to mixdown at...I posted a song and a member said audio was distorted due to high sampling rate. I believe I export at 48k or 32k? I need to check. But I don't understand what these rates are for...need to do some googling.
