The drums sound a little low in the mix to me.The whole performace is a little off.....Like two songs playing at once. The guitar tones sound like a little buzzy to me.This mix needs a little work, maybe someone with more experience than I will chime in and help. I'm no "golden eared stereophile" it's just my .02 Where is whomper?.......lmao....... Sterling Sound Studios |

I know what you mean RD. I'm pretty sure limiting is the issue here. The drums maybe where way over limited in the sub buss. This could be a multi band issue. Too much compression can make you feel like your mix is going away from you. This is a prime example.

I agree with rockerdude on the guitar tone. At some points its not bad but at others (in the beginning) its really too buzzy. The drums don't really seem to have as many dynamics as they should ("should" suggesting that there is some sort of set standard for drum dynamics ) - I hope you understand what I'm getting at.
