I liked the menacing bassline & the unusual loping rhythm - It builds nicely at the end... I think perhaps a stronger "voice" for the melodic signatures would help to move things along, but then it is more of an atmospheric type piece so perhaps that would be counter-productive...

thanks! good to know the "point" is getting across LOL I agree, I think the melody needs to be stronger too...I just haven't found anything I like too much. I am thinking about adding some variety to the harmonic synths as well. thanks again for the comments!! >^,,^<

I really like the ambient, meloncholic feel. This music is crying out for a voice. Could be spoken narrative, or wordless ahhs. The cymbol sounds a bit too loud. The rythmn is cool and bassline too. You have created an ambient soundscape, which could be augmented by the sound of a human voice and directed by lyric. |

thanks for your comments. the song was designed to be danced to; don't know what kind of lyrics i would be able to throw in.

First I really like your song ! It's sound is really cool, even though I agree with paulwalsh music, and I'd say the cymbals are a bit too loud. Are you sure you wan't people to dance on this ? I would use this song to relax while taking a bath (which is a compliment : there are much more songs you can dance on than take a bath on :-) ) . Anyway if you want people to dance on this, I think you need a simpler rythm pattern, and maybe louder sounds, especially the kick. My 2 cents |

by being designed to be danced to, i meant by myself - it was written for an art piece of oriental dance. aside from that, bathe away. thanks for the comments.

I had two thoughts about your tune, aside from the fact that I liked the basic thang of it. 1. The drums - can't put my finger on it, but I think they need some help - maybe even morph them into analogue drums - halfway through? 2. Your voice - it could be a very good addition - not words - but your voice used like you use your body when dancing to the melody - but spare... Who knows? You do I liked it m
