Another Track - Venus Power

Venus Power is my 1st track from my upcoming album - Golden Lights.

Track conceived and sequenced on GEM - WK4 arranger keyboards. Additional voices (Pan flute) included from Roland JV1080 synth module.

Your opinion regarding the quality of recording, mixing and effects.. please

Sometimes it sounds like it could use more keyboard tracks. Sounds pretty good, but not fully professional (I'm not saying I sound fully professional either).

If the song began after your break about 2:50, I think you have a really great idea! For me prior to that, the percussion and synth bass was not enough to keep me listening with the pan flute, let me rephrase that, I mean the ear got tired. But the additional sequenced parts after the break, really brought out the groove from there on. I would mix some or bring out more of that in the beginning. The ending, perhaps cliche' but adequate. I might search for a different way out. Just my humble opinion!

I really like this track. Mix is fine as far as I can tell. The only issue I have is with the lead instrument. That syth pan flute needs to be more - I don't know - Breathey? Like if you recorded it live you would hear the musician breathing - sorry don't know how you would do that. Is there enough happenning just before the break. Like the end crash - more top there?

I like the beat man, I do have to agree that from around 2:50 on really brings the groove together, seemed like I was waiting for some words though. Cool song altogether.
