Default Whisper Vocal Effects

Is there anyway I can get a whisper vocal effect, that actually sounds like someone whispering?
Be it through software or EQ-ing?

Uhh. By far, the best way to achieve this is to have a person whisper into the microphone.

You could roll off all the low end under 1K or so, and that would kinda sorta not-really do it. The biggest issue is the breathing sound in the whisper. There is no way I know to simulate that. I would just ask the singer to do it.
