Is It Real Or Is It Boss GT8

This is a test to see if anyone can determine which takes are an actual miced amp or a Boss GT8. I didnt get fancy with the guitar playing (I not fancy anyway). There are 16 takes which are on two mp3's, links are below. I used 6 amps and one amp I used twice, with different settings. So thats 7 amp recordings and 9 Boss GT8 settings. 8 of the Boss GT8 settings are standard presets (which are not bad,but can be tweaked better) and 1 is a setting I tweaked. 2 of the amps are very obvious. I threw them in for the hell of it. Below is a list of the amps. Not in order of the recording. Plus some pics. Oh yea, remember on of the amps I used twice, so only 6 amps are listed, but one was used twice. Just pick the number of the seven (7) amps. Say for instance. "#1 is fender mini twin". The one I tweaked will be the one to screw people up.

no way am i gonna be able to guess which amps your using, but i do think i can tell the difference between the real ones and the gt-8. let me know how i did.

wow i suck at this! my friend has gt-6 and i'm very impressed with the sounds he can get out of it. how are you recording the gt-8? are you playing it through an amp or going all direct?

All direct. Some say you couldnt record a GT8 direct and this is to help eliminate the misconception. The Boss has a whole seperate section in its brain and controls for DI.
