This is a great idea! I've just gotten into mic modding. This is an invaluable resource.

Hopefully you won't mind my questions as they pop up when I have the guts of various mics hanging out!

I'd save the transformer for modding a cheap ribbon personally.

don't forget the Apex 460 mod....I've done this one about a dozen times and it's very good.
I have comprehensive drawings and instructions if you want them.
