Default Help.....using Acid Pro, and Fruity Loops...

Okay...so I use Acid Pro as my main recording program but I am not to skilled using it's piano roll beat creater. So I got Fruity loops and have made up some drum beats, each in it's proper time signatures and tempo's...but I can't seem to put them onto Acid pro with out it changing the tempo of the FL drum track.

I can normally take a real drum track and add it to Acid Pro, but I can't seem to do the same with the FL tracks. If anyone can help it would be amazing!!

What happens if you export your drum tracks in Fruity Loops as wav files?

do you mean using the drum track IN fruity loops, or are you talking about saving the file as a wav??

I mean take the actual creation (the combination of numerous samples, loops, etc) and rendering that down a wav file.

yeah, I usually save it as a wav after I have created it! I am not sure whether I am wrong in doing this because Acid Pro usually wants the initial tracks in WAV format..I may be wrong..??

i know that in fl there is a fit to tempo option, does acid pro have anythig like that? try adjusting the tempo in acid pro to the tempo you saved your drum beat at.

That tempo calculation does not work in Acid pro (at lest not for me)

Why not export the MIDI and import that into Acid?

Or try importing the wave inti Acid but do not attempt to do any MIDI.
