Question Help me on standard mixing

hello guys I'm very nubie by this planet audio things, I did record some works with nuendo 3 and cubase too, but the problem is:
1. can someone please allow me to know what is standard panning level for drums, guitar, and bass:??
2. is there differences between setting up project in 44,1 and 48,0?? How it's gonna work for final mixing and mastering??
3. I made my drum jobs with EZ drummer and set it's mixer to multitrack, so I did change all the midi sequences to Wav, by recording them directly inside nuendo, set the audio recording to "what u hear" And I could record in 9 tracks for :
Hi-Hat (Mono track),
Kick (Mono Track),
Snare Top (Mono Track) & Bottom (Mono Track,
Tom1 (Mono Track),
Tom2 (Mono Track),
Floor (Mono Track),
Over Head(stereo track),
And Room (Stereo Track)

I've got awsome sounds from EZdrummer in Wav tracks, please someone tell me is it the best way?? because I found no peaks, set channel level to 0.0, and is there any one could tell me how to do panning works and balancing them track by track in level??
4. is asio4all could do recording session in a laptop or pc with only a onboard soundcard??
5. what todo if all track bounced and pool are only used media and start to balance all tracks and mix them??

okay that's all I really need to know at the moment, Please someone help me and please forgives me if it's just wrong place to post my question..

P4 D940 3.4ghz
XFX 7950 512mb

Drums: good way is to pan as if sitting at the drums. Imagine where everything should be. Some folks like the snare centered, others less so. Bass, center. Gtrs hard L or R.

2. is there differences between setting up project in 44,1 and 48,0?? How it's gonna work for final mixing and mastering??
Either is OK. I use 48 for a couple reasons that might not affect you. For mastering, software will convert the format to 44.1/16.

3. Is there any one could tell me how to do panning works and balancing them track by track in level??
Make it sound like a drum kit sounds. If you don't have a firm grasp of that, listen hard with headphones to modern records with drums on them for hints.

4. is asio4all could do recording session in a laptop or pc with only a onboard soundcard?? Yes. I think. I don't speak much PC.

5. what to do if all track bounced and pool are only used media and start to balance all tracks and mix them??
The English seems to have come apart in your question. Just mix them normanlly, like you want them to sound...?

Try lots of different things. It'll only cost time.

I'm not even using ASIO for the most part - don't get hung-up on it unless you need it. ASIO is probably needed for processing - like the drumware.
