Default Free mixing for practice

Hey guys,

I've been mixing for about a year and have a long ways to go, It's just a hobby for me but one I really enjoy. I want to see how good I can get at mixing. I've also been singing for about a year and a half and have managed to make my voice sound "ok" so I wanna see what I can do with more talented vocalist.

If you have any projects you need mixed, I am more than happy to mix them for free. I prefer projects with vocals but will mix almost anything. I work out of my home and will not share your projects with others.

If interested send projects with yousendit.com or similar to tsitalon1 at gmail . com

I work with ProTools 7.4 and use an Art VLA II compressor.

James

I'm working on using one of my songs from my personal project to create a new "Mix this" chapter.
If you look in the Member's only category you can find some of Audio~Geek's existing dowanloadable tracks for re-mixing.

I'm thinking I may include dry guitar for reamping options as well as my own tone. I had up to 20 instrument tracks on my mix so it may be quite a large file and plenty to use.

stay tuned.....
