I have never heard the difference in cables before mainly because I have only used 3 types before. But if you were in the same boat and heard it so easily then maybe I'll rethink my next purchase. $30 you say? Wow thats about as much as a monster. Where can you pick them up? Ben

It's a breakthrough.......now you understand why the cables in my car are worth as much as the gear itself!!!

This is a big day. It's as if I finally got my pubes. Seriously, I'm starting to understand the big picture. You really are REQUIRED to A/B things. Just two weeks ago I believed that if something didn't make a difference obvious enough (without simply A/Bing) than the difference was worth buying. Well, I was wrong. Recording is such a sensitive process that you do HAVE to A/B things. After you do this with 10 different factors you will come out with a product that is noticably better even without A/Bing. I expected the the George L cable to be about $150 when I heard it. At $30, it's no contest. Brandon |

I've only tried the cables connecting electric guitar to the amp, which will make a much bigger diffference than say using the cables in the effects loop. I'm guessing that I need to buy some fancy mic cables too because they suffer the same fate with impedances and such. The best part is the price. These cables are not expensive at all. Micheal Wagener took us to Creation Audio Labs, the maker of the Redeemer. We snagged this cable for less than $1 a foot, but that may have been because Wagener was with us. Brandon |

You do! The difference is not as big as say two different guitar players having different abilities, but the difference is noticable. It's very easy to tell if you A/B them. This recording thing is a game of inches. Brandon |
