I have no idea what you are talking about.
BFD 2 works like a charm for me. Authorization is as quick as any.
BTW, Rick has been here for the weekend. He and I have been snorting coke. He says 'hi'.![]()
I got me BFD2 this last june and downloaded then what I thought was to be down loaded. I never opened the software back then cause I was busy with 5 different projects around the house that needed to be finished before I could focus on building my home studio, so now I've been downloading authorizations ALL friggen day, I must be close to 200 and counting by now - is this normal for BFD, or am I stuck in an endless loop, the only thing thats keeping me sane is listenning to Roysboys material,Hey BTW, has anyone heard from Rick lately, I haven't seen any of his post for some time, I always enjoy hearing his latest, Any news?

Hello...Not sure if anyone is still having problems with this software, but if anyone stumbles across this blog as I did, I can verify that the authorization problems are kinfolk is having are NOT normal.
First I usually go to the FXpansion account, and check my product registrations in the user area. I own BFD, BFD2, Deluxe, Percussion, Gen16 Zildjian, XFL, Andy Johns, Jim Scott, Yamaha Jazz Maple, Signature snares 1 and 2. All Fxpansion products, never had problems with registrations. Tech support tells me the first step, log in to Fxpansion to register, THEN try to authorize them inside BFD2.
