Dear all, I've got a request to deliver MP3 file to the client. They said the specs would be MP3, higher than 128 kbps, 44.1 or 48.0 kHz mono. Is this specs avialable in mp3? and which software can convert this format? Thank you in advance. |

It has to be mono. Actually they said that the quality has to be higher than 128 kbps. Thank you very much bozmillar for your help |
