Default 320 kbps, 48.0 kHz, mono - Is this spec available in MP3? which software to handle it

Dear all,

I've got a request to deliver MP3 file to the client. They said the specs would be MP3, higher than 128 kbps, 44.1 or 48.0 kHz mono.

Is this specs avialable in mp3? and which software can convert this format?

Thank you in advance.

Does it actually have to be mono, or do you just need everything panned center?

It has to be mono. Actually they said that the quality has to be higher than 128 kbps.

Thank you very much bozmillar for your help

BIAS Peak will do this. Not sure if that will suit your situation. Great piece of software, anyway.

My three encoders do the mono/bit no problem, but I don't work in 48 rate. I use GOGO LAME and BLADE encoders.
