Default $15,000 for a home studio... what would you do?!

Lets say you inherit about $15,000 somehow... how would you budget that money towards a new home studio?

I'll be finishing my sound engineering/music production course this year and I plan to start a home based studio. I already have a good idea as to what I want and how my money is going to be used. But at the same time it's always good to hear anothers idea's to broaden ones horizon.

Oh and this will be a Pro Tools based studio...

This could be a fun thread. Of course, it would depend on what the studio is in need for.

Budget Priority
#1 - Room Acoustics for control room ($3,000)
#2 - Studio monitors ($2,500)
#3 - Live Room Acoustics ($1,000)
#4 - Misc stuff no one thinks (power strips, mic stands, cables, cables cables $500)
#5 - Recording computer ($700)
#6 - Audio Interface / Software ($2,000)
#7 - Shure Beta 91 kick drum mic ($200)
#8 - (4) SM 57s used ($250)
#9 - (2) Audio Technica AT 4040 ($600)
#10 - (4) Oktava MK012s for toms, misc instruments ($500 used)
#11 - Royer R121 ($1,100)
#12 - (1) Cheapo ribbon mic ($300)
#13 - Chameleon Labs Model 7622 Preamp ($800)
#14 - Native Instruments Komplete 5 ($1,000)
#15 - UAD-1 PCI plugins card (used $200)
#16 - Shure SM7 ($350)
#16 - Night of drinking after you realized you just blew $15k on this crap! ($50)

That puts us at $15,050.

This is basically what I would do although I'd substitute Cubase for Pro Tools. As cash started coming in I'd want to get quite a few more mics (RE 20, AT 4050, MXL V69, AKG 414 all come to mind).
