The harmony reminds me of early Ricky Nelson songs (which I liked). But the harmony part is a bit too low in volume; I'd like to hear it a little more. The very low part in the beginning seemed a little difficult for you.

That said, I enjoyed listening...nice job!

Thank for listening. Yeah---my range is not very wide anymore and getting worse. I'll work on removing the reverb amount. I do very much appreciate the criticism this forum offers.

nice guitar playing too. boy! a female vocal in harmony would turn this into a whole new level. sounds good though. I think if you sing out more you have it in you to really project your voice into a whole new level.

I long for this kind of country music sometimes ....a REAL tune with a real nice melody . Great vocal but I might like to hear the tune in a higher key . I KNOW you could handle it . The mix is good and clean ...vocal is especially clean and big . Can you tell me what you used ( mic , effects etc...)?

I would like to hear a bit more "drum" and bass in your mix .. Nice going , Roger

yea if he had pro tools he can change it to any key. Ha maybe you can get the music and get it to somebody with the pro tools 8. i have pt LE i am happy here . the 8 is good for many instrument things not live instruments etc. but in the 8 it has "elastic audio" you can change it to any key at all. someday i will get it but i had my problems before with one upgrade in pt and went back to 7.3.1 but there are few members on the sit that have PT 8.

I have a simple set-up using an M-Audio interface with Sessions software (all for $99.00) and a Sure PG48 mic. I'll work on the drum and bass and repost one day soon.
