Default SONIVOX Taylor Acoustic Guitar Vsti

I wrote this tune around the Sonivox I always wanted to find a good Acoustic vsti but they all sounded like a really bad keyboard attempt till I tried this one has a great strumming sound even the harmonics in this tune are generated by this plugin great for me as I don't really posses a decent acoustic guitar but I do like it in certain places in a rock tune . See what you think.....

The acoustic Vsti sounds really good !! Great tone !! I have to say also that the mix for this song is one of the best, if not the best, I've heard on this site !! Great job !! Can you give some detailed insight on how you went about the recording process? Thanks, CEH

Hey cheers for that CEH, heres my basic setup and I mean very basic compared to most.
Gear: Reaper, Behringer 1002 fx mixer, Behringer C1 Mic, My Trusty old 1962 L series StratOblaster, 1980's re-issue L series Strat , Boss ME-5 Pedal board, Squire J Bass, Delta Audiophile 2496 Sound Card, JBL Control One speakers
for drums I use ezdrummer in which I have additional midi packs and tend to use the Nashville kit mainly .
I love iZotope Ozone 4 at the final stage I really like Wave Arts Trackplug 5 for all my compression needs, Guitar Rig 4 for the main guitar sounds and Waves GTR for the wah sounds......

Solid performance. Nice use of the "box" I never get ITB mixes to sound this good. I guess I will be relegated to playing outside the ox. There isn't a lot to not like with this mix.

Zedda, your mixes just get better & better... I love the drum sounds you're getting here, in fact everything sounds very good, even the fake acoustic! Actually, you inspired me to re-visit the AAS "Strum Acoustic" VSTi that I got for free with something - It sounds good too, but it's much easier for me to mic up a real one & play! (I'm a hopeless keyboard player).... *anyhow*.... Only thing I could pick was that your lead vocals are very subdued in the high-mid range, which is unusual because your voice usually really cuts though in that area. I suspect you may have cut a bit eq wise in that area, so perhaps you could ease it off a bit.
