"Happy Sunday" - mixing practice

My brother had some fun with the wah pedal on his guitar. I had fun with some effects, some piano, programming drums, and a few loops. The brass, congas/shakers, and vocal samples were loops taken and modified from Logic Studio. The other instruments were programmed software instruments, except for the piano; that was played in MIDI by me. I used a Steinway sound for that and eq'd it a bit to help it sit better in the mix.

Since the only live instruments that I recorded for this are the guitars, I'm looking more for thoughts / ideas on the mix (though if you have ideas on the electric guitar, that's fine too. They were recorded with the standard SM57 a couple of inches in front of the speaker). More specifically, how's the panning? Arrangement? Effects? Tape delay on the brass at the very end? Cheesy vocal samples? etc...
