Nice! Man I dig those the rhythm guitar tone, especially in the intro. Was the bass playing during those parts too, or just when the drums kicked in. Would love to know how you got that tone. I'm gonna save this mp3 (if you don't mind) as a reference track. Wicked song too! Thanks for posting this man! ![]() ![]() |

thanks for the positve feedback, ill give a denct wite up of what i use for my drum recording, but yes and no, its a live drummer, but parts of it are sort of triggerd. for my guitar tone, im using a di, and guitar rig 3 on the 'agresive' preset with gain on full. and a touch of eq on the high end, real esay. and im happy for you to download it, pm me, and i could send you the whole ep if you like? |

This is way better then a lot of beginning recordings go. There is a big hole where the bass should be. If you add this in you are likely in a mess of trouble. The guitars will be crowded out. The snare will disappear etc. It is a very cool song. Over all it is a good job. way better then my first paid project was.
