Bash my solo! Close Miked Guitar Amp.

Ok, so what you're going to listen to is my guitar and amp close mic'd into an SM57 going into a Line 6 Tone Port (which may be amateurish, but Brandon himself once gave it a little compliment) and into Logic Pro 8. The solos are mixed into some backing tracks provided by a guitar magazine. The backing tracks came pre-mixed, but I did add some compression and EQ. The guitar sound also has some compression, a bit of EQ and a setting created in the Delay Designer plug-in of Logic Pro 8.

You will be listening to it via this YouTube video. Sorry if it's not Hi-Fi (being YouTube and all). But at least it'll give you something to watch while you listen. The sound in the vid was encoded at 192Kbps.

Thanks! It seems YouTube is making changing on how they encoded new videos as they are accepting better quality and bigger file size now. So, I guess that's why it's a bit slower now. But, it's worth it.
