Yeah the flouecents are gone the second we start building, and I'm thinking of expanding the parted ceiling all the way to the walls , not so they touch though. And throwing up some sort of insulation over the acoustic plates, does that sound good? Maybe add an extra wall with extra windows infront of the controlroom to cut off the live room and controlroom fully ?

I wouldn't do this. I'm sure the attenuation from the glass now is plenty, unless your engineer thinks he has to have the monitors blasting during recording. Myself, I monitor recording into headphones more than half the time, anyway and have the monitor switched off. Take some clear silicone caulk and neatly seal around the windows to keep the air movement to a minimum.

I thought about the idea of augmenting the ceiling insulation. It would make sense if it was done to the 10 foot ceiling, not the 8 foot suspended ceiling. (Yes, you're in Europe and don't know from "feet".) The difficulty looks to be getting about the suspension and getting enough material up there to really do some good. I'm not counseling "no" necessarily, but again setting it on the cost/benefit scale and see how that stacks up. If they are 50/60Hz (again, not sure where you are), those waves are fairly long and energetic and are possibly resonating in the structure itself.

If you mean filling in the suspended ceiling, I'd leave it partial like it is in the pictures: a cool, environmental bass trap solution that fell into your lap. Especially for drums - you get all the benefit of that extra air in the room and some interesting absorptive properties as well.

Well, right now I'm the engineer :P And i don't think i need to buy everything that i need, I got some contacts right now who has big rooms with a lot of buildingstuff they don't need, like doors, desks, furiture and so on! but when i get the keys an everything to the room i can try and check how well the acoustic isolation is between the rooms, Since it was a hospital, it will probably be quite good

No not at all, i mean if you look at the picture of the ceiling, there are like 1-2 feet of no suspended ceiling at the sides, im tinking of adding those sides so there are like 5-10 cm left on the sides, ofcourse the space over the suspended ceiling will make good acoustic effects right? and with like 10 cm of fiberglass insulation or something the whole ceiling will almost work as a basstrap and isolate the sound from the ceiling?

My vote would be to leave the tile profile as-is and not filling it in. It'll leave a nicer, airier feeling in the room.

Yeah sure, but the sounds from the ceiling :S that's the only thing that concerns me :P, I'll see if i can detect the fequencies or how loud it is etc

I'm not sure how cold it is in Sweden this time of the year, but have the heating systems been activated in the building ?

It's nice to be able to hear all the possible sounds upfront so that you can plan accordingly.

Yeah, I got a small update, we're about to sign the contract nex week and we'll probably get the glassroom too! my final decision (spelling :S?) is to build a room-in-room construction and add about 10 cm of rockwool ontop of the ceiling. Also put in a new floor and extra windows to the windowed room (on the extrawall we will set up!

Will tell ya more ASAP
