Exclamation usb drum kit to record??????

Hey there, i make music and i am able to record guitar/base and keys via usb instruments i have, however i am lacking the drums.. i do not like making drumbeats ....i want it to have a rather human feel to it you know?

So... my question is what is a good and affordable usb drum kit with which i can record directly onto Cubase??

for example, the ion iDE05 USB drum kit is affordable, but no review indicates that you can record with cubase, they actually say that it only works with its included software, thats NOT what i want...

please send me a copy of your answer to my email gabrielcassini@hotmail.com !!!

thanks

The Alesis USB kit will allow you to do this, either as a VST plug-in or directly as a midi-controller. I use it in Live but see no reason why it wouldn't work in Cubase. See my write-up here:

cool thanks.. what exactly do you mean by vst plug-in and midi controller?

also brandondrury commented "I'm not happy with the Alesis Trigger|iO at all. By my standards it sounds terribly unnatural. In fact, I'm going to sell it and get ANYTHING else."

Google this: Alesis Control Pad USB/MIDI Drum Pad Controller. Most places have them for around $200. At that price, this is the best option that I know of. This inputs midi data from the pads--your drum patterns to your software.
