 Presonus Firestudio Project
I have a Presonus firestudio project. I'm using it to record acoutic guitar and mandolin with a Rode NT1A. The quality of the recordings seem to lack depth, presence... whatever, something is missing. Do you think I should spend money on a new microphone, or a preamp? The Firestudio has the lauded XMAX preamps so I'm a little lost on how to proceed. HELP!
